We’re looking for an Architectural Design Manager to join our dynamic Beaconsfield office team, to lead the creation of our beautiful, high-quality new homes. You’ll take concepts from idea to reality, working closely with the land and planning team to deliver an exceptional product.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be involved in a variety of meaningful tasks to support the production of planning applications and to present completed projects for the design review process.
- Leading feasibility studies and developing concept designs for upcoming residential schemes.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, supported by high-quality presentation materials and documentation.
- Producing accurate technical drawings and design packages to support project delivery.
- Ensuring all designs evolve in line with updated regulations, technical standards, and purchaser requirements.
- Preparing and issuing design statements and other supporting planning documents.
About you
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch Up (3D Design Programme).
- A natural collaborator with strong communication skills, able to work effectively across multiple teams.
- The ability to produce high-quality presentation materials and well-structured Design and Access Statements.
