Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Type: Full-time | Permanent
At the heart of Sorbon Estates’ mission, we focus on transforming buildings and neighbourhoods through sustainable and innovative property development. Our aim is not merely to construct or adapt buildings but to forge vibrant communities where people can live, work and enjoy their leisure time. We prioritise long-term property investment, development and asset management, focusing on income growth and creating well-designed properties that endure the test of time and attract a diverse range of occupiers and businesses.
At Sorbon Estates, we are truly invested in the communities we develop. We lead proactive Public Consultations that give local residents and councillors a real voice in shaping our schemes. We are committed to developments that leave a positive legacy.
What sets this role apart
We are seeking a Development Manager to join our growing team and support the planning and development of our expanding portfolio of land and properties. This is an exciting step up for someone looking to move into a client-side environment where you can directly influence project outcomes.
This role blends planning expertise with development management, including preparing feasibility sketches, elevations and engaging in public consultations to shape schemes that deliver commercial value. You will also assist with acquisitions, supporting site visits and appraisals.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a truly client-side role where your work will directly influence the shape and success of commercial and mixed-use developments. Unlike purely advisory positions, this role offers the chance to own projects from the earliest feasibility stages through to planning and beyond, working with a highly skilled in-house team.
