We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially minded financial professional to join our senior leadership team as Finance Director.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Financial Controller or Head of Finance who is ready to take the next step in their career. What matters most is your understanding of the property sector, sound commercial judgement and ability to lead at a senior level.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape business strategy, influence key decisions and support the long-term success of the company.
This is a broad and highly commercial role that extends well beyond traditional finance. You’ll have exposure to every aspect of the business, from acquisition, development and asset management.
Responsibilities include:

Review development appraisals, project viability, build costs and programme assumptions, ensuring investment decisions are commercially sound.
About you
You may already be operating as a Finance Director, or an ambitious finance leader looking to take the next step in your career.
You may currently be a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or similar, demonstrating the commercial thinking and leadership presence needed to succeed at director level.
