What you'll be doing: 

As Senior Site Manager, you’ll report to the Construction Director and take responsibility for managing all aspects of this site. Key areas of focus will include:

• Build programme: ensure the site runs to schedule and that any issues affecting delivery are quickly identified, escalated and resolved
• Site operations: manage the daily running of the development, including subcontractors, direct labour and materials, maintaining a well-organised and efficient site

The development is due to launch in summer 2026 and offers a long-term sales opportunity from initial release through to final handover. This role will suit an experienced site Sales Consultant who enjoys full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process on a live development, from first enquiry through to legal completion and handover.

About you

• Proven experience in new homes sales, either managing your own development or working as part of a high-performing site-based sales team.
• Ability to work weekends on a rota basis, with time off in lieu during the week.
• Proactive and well organised, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience at every stage of the journey.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our established Commercial team in Beaconsfield. Working across a portfolio of premium residential developments, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, commercially and to the exceptional standards Shanly Homes is known for.

Working closely with our Commercial Manager and Construction teams, you'll be involved throughout the development lifecycle, from procurement through to final accounts, giving you broad commercial exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

• Procuring and administering subcontractor packages in line with build programmes
• Preparing subcontract enquiries, scopes of work and contract documentation

This is a hands-on role leading the day-to-day operation of Willowtree Marina, combining facilities management, property maintenance, marina operations, health and safety compliance, contractor coordination and customer service. You will be equally responsible for carrying out practical maintenance tasks on site as you are for overseeing operational performance and ensuring the marina is presented to a consistently high standard at all times.

You will report to the Estates team and work closely with colleagues across the wider business.

What you’ll be doing

• You will lead all marina operations, ensuring the site is safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard.
