	<li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial property documentation including leases, agreements for leases, licences to alter, surrenders, agreements to surrender, collateral warranties, deeds of variation, side letters, break notices and other associated documents.</li>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">As Customer Care Operative you will have your own company vehicle to travel around our developments to:</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Carry out a range of remedial work for our customers who have moved into their new homes.</b></span></span></span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">What you&#39;ll be doing:&nbsp;</span></span></strong></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">As Site Manager, you&rsquo;ll report to the Construction Director and take responsibility for managing all aspects of this site. Key areas of focus will include:</span></span></p>

	<li style="vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Site operations: manage the daily running of the development, including subcontractors, direct labour and materials, maintaining a well-organised and efficient site</span></span></li>
	<li style="vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Health and Safety: ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and lead a culture of safety and accountability on site</span></span></li>
	<li style="vertical-align:middle"><span style="font-family:Calibri;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">Build quality: work closely with the quality control team to deliver homes that meet the highest standards from initial groundworks to final handover</span></span></li>
